Dallas, May 23, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Invesco Real Estate Income Trust Inc. (“INREIT”), an institutionally managed, public unlisted REIT, announced today that it has acquired a controlling interest in Always Roseland, a 384,648-square-foot garden-style multifamily community with 360 units in 30 two-story buildings, following a partial sale to a subsidiary. The property is located at 28 Nob Hill Road in Rosenland, New Jersey and it is 95% leased. This acquisition is part of a joint venture with Skylight Real Estate Partners (“Skylight”), a regional, privately held real estate investment firm focused on multi-family investments and development.

Through the recapitalization of the asset, Invesco and Skylight will continue the unit’s renovation program, including upgrading the common areas and outdoor space. Skylight will also act as property manager Always Roseland.

This investment expands INREIT’s multi-family portfolio into the Northeast United States. The transaction also establishes a relationship with new partner Skylight.
