Reference is made to the information provided by Dusit Thani Properties REIT Company Limited (the “REIT manager“) as REIT Manager of Dusit Thani Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (“THREE“) on the conclusion of contracts for investment in and acquisition of benefits from leasehold property (the “Additional investment properties“) and the leasehold right to chattels (the “Additional movable real estate“) in the extension project of Dusit Thani Hua Hin Hotel (the “Additional Fixed Asset #2“), a project under construction, i.e. (1) the lease of property with Dusit Thai Properties Public Company Limited (“DTPP“) (2) the Lease of Movable Property with DTPP (3) the Sublease of Property with Dusit Management Company Limited (“DMCO“) and (4) the Commitment Agreement with Dusit Thani Public Company Limited whereby the leasing of Additional Investment Property No. 2 from DTPP and the sub-letting of Additional Investment Property No. 2 to DMCO will not commence until all the terms contained in such relevant agreements have been duly fulfilled, the details of which are contained in the notification letter no. DREIT-0403/2022 of April 22, 2022.

The REIT Manager would like to inform the Trust Shareholders that on June 24, 2022, DREIT began leasing the additional investment properties under the Real Estate Agreement from DTPP and paid part of the rent to DTPP. Lease and payment of rent of the additional movable investment assets under the movable property lease agreement with DTPP and sublease and receipt of rent payment of the additional investment property No. 2 under the real estate sublease agreement with DMCO and payment of the entire remaining rent of the additional Investment properties under the lease of properties with DTPP will not begin or occur until the renovation of the additional investment properties is complete and ready to benefit.

When the renovation of the additional investment properties is complete and ready to reap benefits, the REIT Manager will provide further information to Trust Unitholders.
