The LEED Silver certification is Seven Tower Bridge’s fifth world-class sustainability and wellness certification and demonstrates the office tower’s leadership in promoting the health and well-being of tenants

The unique suburban office building is the first property in the Philadelphia area to receive these certifications. Designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill (SOM), the Seven Tower Bridge incorporates pandemic response design features such as ample indoor and outdoor workspace and premium amenities to transform the way people experience the office environment.
